The Format

4 Foursomes | 4 Golfers Per Group

Each foursome becomes a mini-arena with TWO simultaneous 1v1 matches:

Golfer A

Golfer B

Golfer C

Golfer D

Key Rule: You're only playing against YOUR 1v1 opponent. Your teammate is in your cart, but on their own.

The Shamble Twist

Both players tee off, select the best drive, then each plays their own ball from that spot for the remainder of the hole.

On every hole, here's the dance:

Step 1 Both cart teammates hit drives

Step 2 Each Golfer picks ONE drive to play from

Step 3 Play your own ball from there

Step 4 Finish solo—no help allowed!

Approach shots, chips, and putts are played solo with no assistance.

The Pops System

                    Pops System (Quick Rules): Pops are handicap strokes applied per hole.
Pops apply independently on the front and back 9.
Pops do not carry over.
Lower handicap gives pops to the higher handicap.

                

Pops = Match-Play Power-Ups

Strokes are applied on the HARDEST holes

Example Time:

6 Pops = 1 Stroke on the 6 Toughest Holes

Scoring Breakdown

Each 1v1 match is worth 2 Match Points total:

Result	Match Points
Win the Front 9	1 Match Point
Win the Back 9	1 Match Point
Tied on a Side?	Split it (0.5 / 0.5 Match Points)

Each 9 is scored independently, and a tie on one side does not affect the other.

                    Match Points Per Match: 2

                    Maximum Team Total: 8 Match Points (if you sweep all 4 matches)

Match play scoring is NET (pops apply). Keep it clean, keep it moving!
